About This Facial

Recommended for Dehydrated, Dry and Mature Skin Types

Duration: 75 Minutes

The Microdermabrasion Facial will be customized to your skin type. 

This Facial is designed to exfoliate dead skin cells and stimulate collagen production through our Microdermabrasion treatment, resulting in a brighter and more youthful complexion.

  1. Your skin will be cleansed, steamed, massaged and exfoliated followed by extractions to deep clean your pores
  2. Microdermabrasion is performed to exfoliate dead skin cells
  3. The Super Hydrating Face + Neck Mask will help to hydrate and soothe your skin
  4. A relaxing décolleté, scalp, and facial acupressure massage is included to stimulate your blood flow, circulation, and collagen production

Pre-Facial Care

No essential preparation is needed, but for a more successful facial that better delivers your expectations, the following is recommended:

  1. Check your current skincare products for retinols, BHAs, or AHAs to properly inform your esthetican during your consultation
  2. For ease of extractions (pore cleaning), we recommend that your skin is well hydrated. To find the best serum to increase your skin hydration, please go to: 4 Steps to Beautiful Skin

Post-Facial Care

In most cases, your skin will look even and glowing immediately after service however, some areas which have had deep exfoliation and extractions may be slightly raised or red for a few hours, which is completely normal.

How to Maintain Your Results

  1. Follow your esthetician’s home care recommendations. Most home care will include a cleanser, serum, oil and moisturizer
  2. Maintain your skincare routine in between facial treatments

    I had the sea salt facial for the first time at the Pure and Simple Oshawa location. From the minute you walk in the door , Leslie ,the owner, greets you with a hot tea and a smile.     I have never been to Pure and Simple before but heard good things so I made an appointment at the Richmond Hill location. So glad I did! I had a facial appointment with Michelle and she recommended the micro dermabrasion facial for my tired, rough skin.     why didn’t book this regularly when I actually lived in Toronto?!?

    I fantasize about how amazing my skin would look now at 55 if I had only started booking this amazing facial regularly when I still lived in Toronto.
