Beauty Sleep: Lavender Officinalis, Matricaria Recutita, Melissa Officinalis, Papaver Rhoeas, Passiflora Incarnata.

Clari Tea: Foeniculum Vulgare, Cuminum Cyminum, Coriandrum Sativum, Curcuma Longa

Anti-Inflamm: Steep 1 tablespoons in one mug (8 oz) of boiled water (95°C)  for 10 minutes*. Drink and enjoy. Pro tip: Chill this infusion in the fridge - makes for a therapeutic iced tea!

Beauty Sleep: Steep 1 tablespoons in one mug (8 oz) of boiled water (95°C)  for 10-30 minutes*. Drink and enjoy. *30 min, covered, for a potent steep. Do not worry if it’s not piping hot, the longer you steep, the stronger the infusion.

Clari Tea: Steep 1 tablespoons in one mug (8 oz) of boiled water (95°C)  for 10 minutes*. Drink and enjoy. *Do not exceed 3 cups daily. 

Pro tip: instead of using water, use bone broth for a warming, nutrient-rich, soup-like infusion.
