Shipping in Canada:

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 before tax. Under $75 (before tax), shipping is $10 CAD.

To the USA:

We offer flat-rate shipping of $25 to the continental United States. Our shipping partners are chosen for reliable pricing and fast delivery, with most orders arriving within 4-8 business days.

We want to be completely transparent with you. Although we pay duties for all U.S. shipments upfront prior to shipping, you might be charged additional fees by customs and border services that we unfortunately have no control over. We are always working to find the best possible shipping services, but for now, any unforeseen US government agency fees that might come up during the shipping process will be the customer's responsibility.

Please note that orders shipped to U.S. islands and territories may need extra time for shipping or customs clearance that is beyond our control at this time.  

International Shipping:

We try our very best to offer the most reasonable and reliable shipping options for our valued international clients. Typical shipping time is between 10-14 business days. While we have selected quick and reliable shipping methods, all international packages may experience a delay due to custom clearance. 

We value transparency, and want to note that international packages may be subject to duties and/or other fees assessed by customs and border services, which Pure + Simple has no control over. We are always looking for the best possible shipping services, but unfortunately at this time customers are responsible for any fees incurred throughout the shipment process.

Order Processing & Shipping Guidelines

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays) and usually are delivered within within 2–4 business days for Ontario-wide shipments and 3–7 business days for Canada-wide shipments, pending product availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the product you have selected is currently out of stock, or if we need any additional verification. We promise to do everything possible to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order once it has shipped.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any statutory holidays.

All clients are responsible for any shipping cost in cases where parcels need to be reshipped to you due to a failed delivery caused by incorrect shipping information provided, or if you fail to pick up the package at a designated postal office.

If any order requires a change of address subsequent to shipment, there will be a $15 fee.

Online Return Policy

Online orders placed within Canada can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchasing. Please note, your original shipping charges are non-refundable. To process a return, please email psteam@pureandsimple.ca with your order number and reason for return.

For orders placed within the continental United States, all returns will need to be shipped back to our warehouse in Canada. Please contact psteam@pureandsimple.ca with your order number and reason for return to make arrangements. 

We are unfortunately not able to accept returns from outside North America at this time. If you have any questions about a product you have purchased, including product quality or delivery issues, please contact psteam@pureandsimple.ca.

LED devices / Omnilux:
Due to the nature and size of LED devices, return shipping costs are not covered for online returns. Devices must be unopened and returned within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. If your device is defective, please contact us at psteam@pureandsimple.ca for replacement assistance.
