Booking System Update
A quick guide to what’s changed (2–3 minute read)
We’ve updated our online booking system.
Booking may look a little different, but your services, appointments, and account stay the same.
The three important things to know
1. Signing in looks different (step-by-step provided later in this guide)
When you sign in, you can choose either option:

One-time verification code (a passwordless sign-in option), or
-
Set a new password by selecting “Forgot password”
Both options work every time you book.
Where to sign in:
Select “Sign In” in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Credit card details need to be re-entered
To complete bookings, you’ll need to re-enter your credit card details (once it’s done, you will not need to do this again).
We intentionally did not carry over stored card information as part of the update, to keep your information better protected.
3. A new Guest Intake Form is required
Before your next appointment, you’ll be asked to complete an updated Guest Intake Form.
This helps ensure we have the most current information before your visit.

Nothing was lost in the update.

All remain exactly the same.
How to book going forward
Once online booking is available:

Visit our online booking page
-
Select “Sign In”
-
Sign in using:
-
a one-time verification code, or
-
“Forgot password” to set a new password
-
Choose your service and appointment time
-
Re-enter your credit card details
-
Confirm your booking
-
Complete your Guest Intake Form before your next visit
You can also continue to book by phone or in person as usual.
Step-by-step help (if you need it).
Signing in for the first time
1. Select “Sign In” in the top right corner of the screen.

Option 1 Passwordless Code:
1. Enter your email address associated with your Pure + Simple spa account. Select “Generate verification code”. This is a no passcode log-in. Your verification code will be sent to your email address.

2. Enter your verification code and select “Confirm”

3. You are signed into your account and can proceed with the next steps!
You can use the no passcode (verification code) method each time you sign in.
Option 2 Reset your Password:

Click the “Password” button.

Select “Forgot password”?

Enter your email address associated with your Pure + Simple spa account and select “Send verification code”. This confirms who you are so you can reset your password safely.

Enter the verification code you receive. Create a new password following the outlined criteria. Select “Submit”.

You are signed in! Proceed with your next steps. You can use your email address and this new password each time you sign in.
You’ll need to re-enter your credit card to book
Your card details weren’t carried over as part of the update. We did this to preserve your security.
It is required to complete your next booking. To do so, its easy with these steps:

Select your name from the top right corner of the screen.

Go to the “Profile” menu on the left side of the screen.

Select “Payment Details”

Select “Add a payment method”

Enter your credit card details. You’re done!
You’ll need to complete an updated Guest Intake Form (Before your next appointment)
As part of the recent updates, we need an updated Guest Intake Form. This also keep our knowledge of you current - for the best service and safety.

Go to the “Profile” menu on the left side of the screen.

Select “Guest Intake Form”

Complete your Guest Intake Form ahead of your next appointment.
You do not need to do this if you’re just checking our your new account or your gift card balances etc.
The Guest Intake Form begins like this:

Temporary online booking pause
Online booking will be unavailable during the update:
Tuesday February 24 at 7:30pm to Wednesday February 25 at 10:00am
All existing appointments remain kept and confirmed.

FAQ
Do I need a new account?
No. Your existing account is already set up. All of your gift certificates, packages and loyalty points etc. remain there, unchanged.
You’ll just need to:

Reset your password or log in with a verification code

Re-enter your credit card information.
Do I need to rebook my appointments?
No. All existing appointments remain booked and confirmed.
What if I don’t remember my password?
You can opt to sign in using a verification code (no password needed!).
Or, you can reset your existing password via the steps below.

Choose Log in with Password

Select Forgot Password

You will be prompted to enter your email address again to receive a verification code (so we know it’s you).

Enter your verification code and new password following the password guidelines
