Dr. Kristen Ma, ND

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Kristen Ma, ND is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor with over 15 years of experience treating skin conditions. She is the author of the award-winning book “Beauty, Pure and Simple”, which combines her knowledge as a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with her in-practice experience.

Her journey with holistic skincare began as a Certified Esthetician. She was named “Best Facialist in Toronto” by Toronto Life Magazine, highlighting her technical expertise. She co-founded Pure + Simple skincare and spas and spent over a decade developing facial treatments and formulating organic skincare products. Dr. Ma created the Holistic Vanity Line – a product collection aimed at treating specific skin disorders: rosacea, acne, and skin environmental damage.

Believing in going to the source, Dr. Ma ND honed her acupuncture skills in China, working at the Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and completing her Ayurvedic education in Bengaluru, India in 2006. She combines her knowledge of Eastern Medicine with a biomedical approach, having worked at Brampton Civic Hospital in Canada’s only Naturopathic-Hospital partnership.

She is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post, Alive Magazine and writes her own holistic beauty column in Tonic Magazine.


Marianne Vegh

Registered Massage Therapist

Marianne is an experienced massage therapist with a varied and individualized approach. She graduated from Sutherland & Chan Teaching School and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2001. Her goal is to thoughtfully tailor each massage session to the guest's needs and requests, personalizing the experience for every individual. She integrates a variety of modalities in each session, such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish, deep tissue massage and stretch therapy to alleviate muscle tension and promote deep relaxation.

She has specialized in pain relief of the head, neck, and shoulder along with chronic pain and dysfunction associated with long hours of office work and regular computer use. She practices hot stone massage, aromatherapy, and Indian Scalp massage.


Kevin Cai, R.TCMP, R.Ac

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist

Kevin comes from a family heritage of Chinese medicine practitioners in Beijing, China. He practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at Beijing Hospital for 12 years before moving to Toronto. He has taught TCM and Osteopathy at Loyola College and specializes in pain relief, cupping therapy, moxibustion, facial acupuncture, tuina, and Thai Massage.

With clients spread all over the world, Kevin uses TCM as a tool to help them achieve a variety of health + wellness goals by combining different treatment methods to create unique and customized treatment plans.


Alisha Morgan

Life Coach

Alisha Morgan is a Certified Professional Coach. She received her coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) which is a program accredited by the International Coach Federation. She is also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, certified by iPEC to guide clients through the powerful Energy Leadership process.

She is the author of an e-book called Conquer Confidence: A Guide For People Who Are Ready To Shine and she is an American Confidence Institute certified Confidence Coach. Alisha’s writing has been featured in the online publication Positively Positive. In addition to being a certified coach, Alisha is also a registered physiotherapist. A desire to support people beyond their physical health is what drew her to coaching. She is very passionate about personal development. She loves working with people who want to live life to the absolute fullest potential and who need support in figuring out just how to do this.


Michelle Caron

Registered Massage Therapist

Michelle graduated from Bryan College of Applied Health and Business Sciences. She believes that massage therapy enhances an individual’s overall sense of well-being and improves the quality of life. She tailors her massage to the needs of each individual client, using a variety of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone therapy, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and prenatal massage. Michelle incorporates stretching to help relax tight muscles and further increase client’s relaxation. She also gives recommended stretching/strengthening exercises to do at home. Her experience has shown that massage is beneficial as a preventative measure against many problems such as stress related conditions, tension and repetitive strain injuries.
