Get nakd. Get wet. In the shower dirty up with a small handful of basd. Rub in
a circular motion to feel exhilarated as you exfoliate. Repeat as required.
Rinse and use basd body wash for a clean, silky finish.
Need more exhilaration? Invite a friend over to feel the indulgence of crème brûlée or leave on the skin for 5 minutes and then rinse.
It might smell delicious, but don't put it in your mouth. Also, leave it out of your eyes. they will thank you for not scrubbing them.
The combination of coffee grinds and peppermint sounds odd, but it reminds me of After Eight chocolate-mint thins and it's a very invigorating scent. I quite like it, it's strong and bracing and gives you a feeling of being clean and awake. Though if you leave the product on while you shower, your skin will smell like coffee and mint, so work fast if you don't want to smell like that.
The product delivers a comfortable amount of moisture from its oils and the exfoliation is better than scrubs using only salt or sugar because it doesn't dissolve immediately. It's also not as greasy as some of the LUSH products like Buffy.
There are some drawbacks though. The coffee grinds can make a bit of a mess in the shower and I have to give the walls a bit of a rinse after I use it. You'll need to supply your own scoop or spoon to avoid getting water into the product. It strikes me as having a short shelf life as the smell is already starting to change one month after I've opened it. It's also rather expensive for something you could easily make yourself at home. It's hard to see from the website photo but it's only 180g. For these reasons, I'm not sure if I'd buy this again.
